Aus diesem Sozialfonds werden die einmaligen als auch ständigen Ausgleiche bei den Unfällen ausbezahlt. Die Verpflichtung, die Abgaben zu bezahlen, hat nur der Arbeitgeber – in der Höhe von 0,8 % des Bruttolohnes.
