Zu Beginn des Arbeitsverhältnisses kann eine Probezeit für maximal drei Monate festgelegt werden, die aber nur rechtswirksam ist, wenn sie schriftlich vereinbart wird.

Der Abschluss eines befristeten Arbeitsverhältnisses ist längstens für die Dauer von drei Jahren zulässig.
